Leonard A. Marshall, Jr.

Leonard Allen Marshall Jr., a two-time Super Bowl champion and former New York Giants defensive end, brings the intelligence, discipline, and leadership from his 12-year NFL career to his role as a member of the prestigious firm of The Koptis Organization (TKO), an M Financial Group Member Firm. Born on October 22, 1961, Marshall graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelor of Arts in Administration and earned an MBA in Business Finance from Seton Hall University. 

Selected 37th overall in the 1983 NFL Draft, Marshall spent ten seasons with the Giants as part of the “Big Blue Wrecking Crew,” amassing 83.5 sacks—ranking third in team history. A three-time Pro Bowl selection and named NFL Defensive Lineman of the Year in 1985 and 1986, he recorded three sacks across Super Bowl XXI and XXV victories under Hall of Fame coach Bill Parcells. His iconic 1991 hit on Joe Montana in the NFC Championship Game solidified his legacy. After retiring at 33, following stints with the New York Jets and Washington Redskins, Marshall transitioned into a dynamic career as an entrepreneur, educator, advocate, and philanthropist.
